The Opportunity

We are looking for an Ecommerce Optimization & Program Manager to identify opportunities, risks and make business recommendations to maximize our site performance. In this role, you will serve as a partner for Digital to specific Value Stream relationships within IT and across our business. You will be responsible for analyzing data related to site performance & health, suggest & action priorities with our technology & testing partnerships within the organization. This team’s primary goals is to improve our website’s performance and allow visitors to convert into customers.

Your Impact

  • Represent needs and preferences of ecommerce team in conversations related to technology prioritization, capabilities and testing.

  • Contribute to the intake process for IT areas of focus for future technology implementations, pilots, tests and programs to drive site improvements & ultimately revenue for our site.

  • Outline business requirements needed to deliver on prioritized, strategic digital areas for investment.

  • Represent needs of ecommerce team in Value Stream specific tests & makes proactive suggestions to keep pipeline of business testing moving forward.

  • Act as primary point of contact with Internal IT & Value Stream stakeholders, 3rd parties or internal service organizations including Marketing, Content / Creative, Testing, Analytics, Finance and IT on behalf of Digital Organization.

  • Collaborate with Business Analytics & Execution Manager in on-going program governance for intake & prioritization across Value Streams for key initiatives.

  • Maintain a solid use & understanding of reporting for ecommerce in key systems including but not limited to, Acoustic Analytics, Conviva video analytics, Content Square & Tableau.

  • Influence and collaborate within ecommerce Optimization, All Play & Homepage teams and cross-functionally to drive most progress out of tech work requested.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Business, Analytics, IT or related field or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.

  • 5 plus years in Retail/ Ecommerce industry where reporting and analytical experience were heavily leveraged

  • Demonstrated solid working knowledge & understanding of the Product/IT domain.

  • Experience with Tableau, Acoustic, Conviva is highly preferred.

  • Understanding of the tools & techniques used in Product discovery.

  • Strong understanding of the digital financial plan and financial planning process.

  • Strong understanding of the retail and merchandising and pricing model.

  • Excellent PC skills with a sound knowledge of database, analytical tools and spreadsheet software.
