The Opportunity

Cornerstone Brands/Cornerstone Service’s is looking for a dynamic, energetic and team focused Human Resources Manager to lead our People team. This team focuses on providing a broad spectrum of HR services to assigned business units including team member relations, performance management, program roll-outs, and project management. The Human Resources Manager, in conjunction with their cross functional HR partners, work with each business unit to help translate the company's business goals into talent solutions.

Who We Are

The person in this role will engage with assigned business units as a partner and human resources expert to understand the organizational, talent and development needs, and partner with personnel and organization specialist teams as needed to bring proactive solutions to the client.

Your Impact

  • Lead a team of personnel and organization partners including selecting, developing, and managing their performance.

  • Identify and lead or partner on projects for the business units that enable organizational success, such as career path projects, team building, performance management, retention initiatives and engagement.

  • Enhance Team member’s experience through engagement, wellness, health & safety programs to drive overall wellbeing, retention & productivity.

  • Further define and advance DE&I initiatives and ensure embedded in our overall business strategy

  • Consult with business unit on organizational structure and compensation changes including organization changes, promotions, demotions, adjustments and reductions in force.  Partner with appropriate HR resources on implementation of plans.

What you Bring

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred

  • 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner/ Generalist or Employee Relations

  • 3 years of HR experience within a Distribution/Fulfillment Center is preferred

  • 2+ years prior management experience

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
